After several very “clean” and primary-colored summer stage designs we were quite the ready for a more organic, nature-filled, “autumn leaves” type environment for our November GRATEFUL series @Ginghamsburg.

One very hot day early in September, team guys Doug and Clark drove to a lumber mill in southern Ohio to fetch a pick-up truck full of free-for-the-taking bark-edged scrap lumber. It was really just the perfect material to create our woodsy environment.

After Brianna, Greg and I enjoyed a fun photo shoot in Todd and Trish McKinney’s backyard we felt TOTALLY smitten with forest fever.

After all was said and done there was no one more GRATEFUL for that team and God’s goodness than this very tired girl.
